Mike Reece speaks at Campbell Law School

Mike Reece had the privilege of speaking to a class at Campbell Law School in Raleigh on Monday, November 3, about his experiences of the last 31 years as a trial lawyer in Johnston County, North Carolina. Ironically, both the subject of the talk and the name of the class were "Plea Bargains." But, this shouldn't be surprising. Many cases resolve by plea. Thorough trial preparation can lead to the proverbial "offer that you can't refuse." The students were well-prepared and had lots of great questions for Mike and his co-presenter, a special prosecutor from the North Carolina Conference of District Attorneys. While Mike is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Law, it was a pleasure to meet the students at another great law school, Campbell University.
